 Meeting Michel Roux senior was a great honour because he was one of the first to introduce French cuisine in U.K with his brother Albert Roux at Le Gavroche 

 

Le Gavroche in Upper Brook St. London  

 

Pied a terre in Charlotte St. amazing food concepts and combinations    

 

 The Square, French cuisine at its best 

 

Amazing French food with an Asian influence at the time 

 

Gordon Ramsay, Royal Hospital road  due to his top rankings 3 star Michelin

 

 

Later days in my carrier 

 

 

 

 

 Attending big events like Hotelympia and Taste of London 

 

 

 

Networking with people in the industry such as LRN (London Restaurant Net)

Open talks with food critics e.g. Harden's and famous chefs such as Phil Howard,

Adam Byatt e.t.c
